Dermody has completed construction of Phase I of The Logistics Campus and leased Building 3, a 326,278-square-foot logistic facility to HuFriedyGroup.

Phase I of The Logistics Campus has achieved LEED Silver Certification, with four buildings currently available for occupancy totaling 698,201 square feet. All buildings feature Class A construction and design along with state-of-the-art specifications.

HuFriedyGroup is a global dental instrument manufacturing, infection prevention and instrument reprocessing company. “The Logistics Campus is located within one of the best-performing submarkets in Chicago in terms of vacancy rate and leasing activity,” said Neal Driscoll, Midwest Region Partner at Dermody. “The North Suburban O’Hare industrial market spans from I-90 in the south to Lake Cook Road in the north, running along I-294. This is one of the tightest submarkets in Chicago—driven by the continued growth of logistics and manufacturing business around O’Hare.”
