Cushman & Wakefield has advised the sale of Sorrento Commerce Park, a two-building, multi-tenant industrial complex in the San Diego submarket of Sorrento Mesa, CA. Hammer Ventures purchased the 100%-leased, 35,500-square-foot asset from BKM Capital Partners for $14 million.

The Cushman & Wakefield team of Bryce Aberg, Jeff Cole, Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison, Mike Adey, Nico Napolitano, Zach Harman, Mark Avilla, Brant Aberg and Ryan Downing represented BKM in the transaction while the firm’s Jason Kimmel also represented the buyer.

“Central San Diego’s strong market fundamentals together with the project’s exceptional asset of quality, prime location and financial profile combined to create a terrific investment,” said Bryce Aberg. “The property’s location provides convenient access to residential communities and an extensive amenity base.”

Located on Waples Street, the recently upgraded Sorrento Commerce Park consists of a single and partial two-story building and includes 16’ to 24’ clear heights and grade-level loading.
