The Baltimore County asset is owned and managed by Hill Management Services, Inc., with Danielle Bridge, Leasing Manager for Hill, representing the landlord in both transactions. Benjamin F. Edwards is a national wealth-management firm, while Longson Law concentrates on general business and corporate law and complex commercial transactions.
