- Walker & Dunlop, Inc. is moving Hospitality Investment Sales with the addition of Jonathan (Jay) Morrow as senior managing director. Based in New York, Morrow will lead Walker & Dunlop’s hospitality practice and be responsible for the origination and execution of hospitality investment sales and capital placement natinwide. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Morrow spent over 15 years at Hodges Ward Elliott, leading the firm’s New York City hotel team and completing in excess of $20 billion in lodging transactions.
- Ric Clark, the former Chairman and CEO of Brookfield Property Group, has just been named to the Board and Investment Committee of Seregh (pronounced “Surge”), a recently launched sports and entertainment real estate development company backed by HBSE and Creative Artists Agency. Board member Mitchell Schear, who ran two of the most influential real estate companies in Washington, DC, will also join Seregh’s Investment Committee.
- The Center for Active Design has appointed Jessica Long and Rachel MacCleery, to its Board of Directors. Long, SVP of Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability at Nareit, and MacCleery, Co-Executive Director at the Urban Land Institute’s Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate, bring a wealth of expertise in ESG, sustainability, and public health.
- ISS, a leading global workplace experience, corporate dining, and facility management company, has appointed two senior leaders to the leadership team of its North America business. They include Tim Dismond as COO and Marjorie McCarthy as CMO. Both bring extensive experience in building customer-centric businesses in the commercial real estate space and offer proven track records of significant client retention and growth.
- Tredway, an affordable and mixed-income real estate developer, appointed Daniel Guerra as VP of Investments. Based in New York City, Daniel will play an integral role in managing Tredway’s portfolio of affordable housing communities and developments across the U.S. while helping meet the firm’s social impact and public-private partnership goals.

- Taneshia Nash Laird has been named executive director of Project REAP (Real Estate Associate Program), a New York-based national nonprofit organization that has worked to increase inclusivity and impact in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry. Nationally recognized as a leader in the redevelopment of culturally driven initiatives serving communities of color, Nash Laird brings a wealth of experience in launching, strategizing and boosting nonprofits, including Newark Symphony Hall, the Greater Roxbury Arts and Cultural Center and MIST Harlem.
- Melville, NY-based CSC ServiceWorks, Inc., a leading consumer services platform company delivering tech-enabled laundry and air services, hired Andrei Girenkov as CTO. He will lead CSC in strengthening and securing the company’s core digital systems, managing its payment technologies, and building on CSC’s resident experience automation and marketplace platform, One Tap Away. Girenkov brings more than 20 years of rental housing experience to CSC, having previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Greystar, the largest operator of apartments in the U.S.
