Despite office leasing struggles in urban cores, ROW DTLA has seen decent success in the past 16 months, with JLL announcing law firm Umhofer, Mitchell & King LLP has inked a 4,500-square-foot lease at the mixed-use campus in the Arts District of Downtown Los Angeles. JLL has now secured leases for more than 300,000 square feet of space at the 32-acre, 1.4 million-square-foot property since January of 2022.

“As tenants of all sizes from a variety of industries look at how to entice their employees back to the office post-COVID, ROW DTLA continues to offer a dynamic solution,” said JLL’s Jaclyn Ward who oversees the office leasing at the property along with the firm’s Cassie Trosclair and Sarah Hancock. “The vibrancy of the district’s amenities, the multitude of outdoor spaces and the opportunity to mitigate upfront capital with our pre-built spaces, are all themes from each new tenant we’ve attracted.”

Recent new tenants at ROW DTLA include Virgin Hyperloop, Revolve, HOK Group, Joybird, Lendistry and Doc Martens.
