Our Client is currently seeking a qualified individual for an immediate position of project coordinator for a very prestigious mega project in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity for hotel development project professional to be part of one of the biggest hotel projects in the world today.
Qualification: The qualified candidate would have at least 5 years of hotel development experience with any known hotel chain.
RECRUITER NOTE: We are looking for candidates with Hospitality Development and Project Oversight(owner's side) with a 5-10 years experience out of school. Any experience above that will be reviewed on case by case basis.
Title: Project Coordinator, Our Client, LLC Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DURATION: For an initial one year contract to work with OUR CLIENT out of Jeddah office for a period of 6 months with a break back to the United States for 15 days and then again returning to Jeddah for another 6 months. The contract can be extended subject to our activity and individual’s performance.
START DATE: ASAP
RESPONSIBILITY:
The candidate would be required to possess a clear understanding of coordination between Project Manager, General Contractor, Consultants, Interior Designers, Architects, FF&E and OS&E Purchasing Agent, Hotel Brands’ Technical Service, , Our Client, local Staff and other parties involved during the design, development and pre-opening phases.
Represent OUR CLIENT in Saudi Arabia when hotel Brands, purchasing agent, interior design firms, or any other personnel need to assist in preparation of periodic reports to Master Developer.
Prepare periodic reports for submission to Master Developer.
Maintain communication with senior client and Master Developer staff.
Trips to Saudi Arabia and United States, local travel in Saudi Arabia, UAE and other locations as required.
COMPENSATION:
A Tax Exempt US$72,000 net annual salary payable monthly.
Accommodations will be provided while in Saudi Arabia.
All other business related expenses during the assignment are paid by OUR CLIENT. The position also offers a return ticket back to the United States every six months with 15 days leave for R&R.
GENERAL:
Employment is subject to all Saudi Arabian Labor Laws governing employment in the private sector.
Entitled to Public Holidays as per Saudi Arabian Labor Law.
VISA Requirements will be handled by OUR CLIENT.
During the time of assignment, person must devote his time and attention to the service of the company and he may not be or become involved in other service, occupation, or business. He may not disseminate any information related to Our Client LLC and/or Master Developer and their associates, consultants without specific written consent from Our Client LLC.
