Federal government experience imperative (required). Experience with bidding/ proposing on Federal Government projects, pre-construction services, purchasing etc.

Skills

Knowledge of estimating software (MC 2) Excel, Microsoft Office Suite. Must be a self starter, be well organized with disciplined work ethic. Responsibilities include generating estimates, understanding construction methods, maintain relationships with subcontractors and material vendors, ability to reconcile estimates with consultants
