Utilize the BRAIN TRUST

Things seem to be picking up, albeit very slowly. Still this is good news and we’re happy to see new clients and new opportunities that need to be filled. Those companies that are ready to hire should really take time to think about who they want to hire. Right now there is a massive brain trust filled to the hilt with senior executives in the 60+ years of age club. Many were looking to retire after 5 more years in the game but the Great Recession came along and prolonged a few of those “gone fish’n” plans .

The upside for companies looking to hire right now is that these individuals are available and their knowledge is limitless. We should all be so lucky to have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business. Think of the number of pit-falls that they can save you, the historical knowledge of a multitude of projects and the operating procedure and protocol that only comes from years of experience.
