The Development Manager responsibilities include strategic investment management and project execution relative to redevelopment and development activities associated with the Mid-Atlantic Region’s 7 million square feet of primarily community shopping centers, operating portfolio. Director of Development - Hotels

Position Purpose: Working with the principal to develop and manage the complete construction project from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Development

• Work with private and public officials regarding obtaining all project entitlement approvals
• Attend public hearings and meetings as necessary to ensure applications are moving along efficiently
• Effectively manage municipal zoning and code compliance for each project
• Identify, vet, help select, and direct design teams, GC, and development consultants to plan and execute successful, financially viable development projects

Pre-Construction

ASSET MANAGER - Newport Beach, CA

Primary Objective of Position:

The Asset Manager works under the direction of the Sr. Asset Manager to act as a liaison with property management agents, lenders and community partners. This position assists with setting specific asset management objectives and goals and leads the Team to meet these. PROJECT MANAGER, Multifamily Capital & Renovations

General:

The Project Manager will help lead the management and execution of multifamily renovation and  capital improvement programs for multi-family properties. 

Reports to: Vice President, Capital & Renovation

Acquisition/Underwriting:

•  creating scope of work and budget documents for new acquisitions.
• Manage organization of due diligence documents.
• Research and report on outstanding municipal issues.
• Oversee due diligence inspections and bid procurement with appropriate third-party contractors.

Operations/Execution:

• Oversee departmental contract processes including the creation of RFP’s and subsequent publication.
• Support the creation of estimate cost analyses for project awards.

Based on your background you would click the category most relevant to you and search the open positions in Development, Construction, Architecture and so on. Any positions that have been previously filled will state that in the introduction. We leave some of these up for Search Engine purposes so that candidates and client can easily find us on the web.
