1704 Construction Project Manager - San Diego, CA

Kipp Gillian’s notes: First of this position is based in the gorgeous city of San Diego. It’s a remote office but a very busy one. Our client is one of the fastest growing industrial REITS on the west coast. They own and have redeveloped about 22million square feet and are projected to own almost 100million square feet within 5 years. This position will oversee in-house construction projects that are mainly focused on tenant improvements and facility renovations. I need a candidate with around 8-10 years of solid construction project management experience and recent industrial renovation or similar.

Pays between 100-120K plus bonus potential, great benefits, stability and a long career trajectory. Great culture.

Commercial Office & Industrial News

Commercial Office and Industrial Careers: We’ve lumped these two sectors together just do to the cross over they have but we also recognize the vastness of the products. Commercial Office can mean anything from high-rise, low-rise, executive suites to mixed use. Industrial can mean low-rise office, manufacturing, technology, storage and distribution.  Industrial is one of the strongest real estate products out there and office is one of the most exciting. Can you imaging a city with no office buildings? Both products have changed from very basic formats to more elegant designs that are human and eco-friendly developments.
